Mia is an artificial intelligence agent. Conversations with Mia are generated by AI models. While Mia is designed to be helpful and accurate based on the business information provided, responses may occasionally be imprecise. Mia is not a substitute for professional advice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) submit false business information; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (d) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials do not require a credit card and convert to paid plans only with explicit consent.
You retain ownership of all business information, knowledge base content, and lead data you provide to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is." OpenClaw is not liable for lost leads, missed conversations, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification.
